FARMING IS THE WAY TO HARVEST GOOD NUTRITION

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the moment you've waited for. every July we celebrate nutrition month. this is the month where all of us talk about nutrition. the theme this year is, "Ugaliing magtanim, sapat na nutrisyon aanihin" Is farming actually helpful in harvesting good nutrition? We get nutrition in every food we take. The most important source of Vitamins and Minerals that we need are usually found in vegetables and fruits. No matter where you live, we can plant everything healthy. some of these are tomato, potato, cabbage, and string beans. Yes, farming is tiring but after all the time you've waited for the plant to grow, at least finally, you can get a 100% fresh and healthy food. we celebrate nutrition month to raise awareness of importance of farming.

You must be really tired right now. being a president of such a big country must be really stressful to you. I heard some news that you're sick, that your hair got thinner. But there you are, working all the hours that God sent to make a better nation for us. Some people may not like you. They may say negative things about how you work, your attitude, and how different you are to the previous presidents of the Philippines. Yes, you are truly different and definitely better than them. You think about more peaceful and prosperous country, declaring some laws that is big help for us. WHY DO WE CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY?

Philippines have been colonized by Spaniards, American, and Japanese. Filipinos experienced slavery. Puppets of the invaders. They didn't have freedom a hundred years ago. But, because of devotion and commitment, they might have been feared, but they fought for our country and finally, on June 12 1898, independence was declared. We celebrate Independence day to remind us the struggles of Filipinos just to free our country. it is during this day that the entire country remembers the courage, and sacrifices of our ancestors. the bravery of our fellowmen and determination is something our current generation should be proud of. With our freedom to speak, express, choose, love, and act freely today, let us not forget the struggles of our ancestors under the hands of the invader. we owe them all to the Filipinos who fought for our country. credits: https://www.timeanddate.com/holidays/philippines/independence-day?hc_location=ufi
